By day Ces is a self-employed craftsman from south London with a penchant for Lycra, but at night he becomes The Locust – a superhero whose gaseous superpowers can clear a room in an instant. Standing not too close to him are his brother Clint and faithful friend Chill. Look out villains everywhere for they are the Red Team.
