Where to Find Pine Martens
Pine martens are scattered in scanty patches throughout England. They are much more common in Scotland. Although official survey data doesn't exist to show it, it would appear from the experience of the Wild Thing team that martens also range through much of Northern Ireland.
To see pine martens in the wild you will definitely need some local knowledge. Scotland and Ireland are your best bets. If you want to be certain of seeing one though, you might be better off visiting a zoo or wildlife park that keeps them.
