Gearbox gaff The Rescuers raced ahead with a working engine and had started on their frame and forks by lunchtime. But they were unable to find the ideal gearbox and decided to construct a pully-driven clutch instead. Their throttle system is a bicycle brake lever cable, running directly to their engine's carburettor. With only one hour left, the rescuers forge on with their belt-driven clutch. |
