Walking on water Woof Justice make a splashing good entry into the water, only to lose control of a paddle when a chain comes off. Manually turning the paddle allows the Rusty Regiment to bring up the rear and they begin to gain on their contenders. But the slick teamwork of the Regiment soon fails as the boys run out of puff, floundering, exhausted in their giant, floating hamster wheel. |
