What can be said about Devonian farmer Andy Barnes? A legend for so many reasons. Whether he's blowing up a truck engine on Scrappy Races or building a self-destructing car flinger, his catchphrase 'proper job' has reverberated around the 'heap in so many of our classic shows.

The eternally chirpy Richard has spent 20 years in the Royal Engineers and has graced the 'heap as an expert on many occasions, including the classic Flame Flingers and this year's Grand Final – Dozers.
