Scrutinising our Scrapheap teams is a true titan of the trike world. Sean 'Hightower' Lloyd is the UK chairman of Brothers of the Third Wheel, a global trikers' association. With two decades of three-wheel wisdom behind him, he certainly had lofty expectations.
The Diggers' expert – Paul 'Dai' Davies
A member of the National Chopper Club for 21 years, Dai now runs his own motorcycle shop, Shark Motorcycles in Hereford, specializing in custom bike and trike building. He worked as a welder for seven years before becoming a fireman 17 years ago, but his real passion is building and riding show-winning bikes and trikes.
The Engine Eggheads' expert – Nick 'Rhino' Boyland
Rhino is a veteran of the 'heap, having experted for The Chariots in the final of series seven. He was in the British Army in Germany for nine years before eventually setting up his Somerset workshop, Rhino Trikes, in 1992, where he now builds custom trikes.
