My favourite challenge from programme four is a toss up between mucky flatmates and the bike horn.

The best product (I made it – oh yes) was the power washer 'robot' for the dirty students. I've got a lot of time for special, intelligent and high-tech products like this. It's a great demonstration to the world that the UK are still leading inventors and innovators! It was basically an ultra-high-pressure power washer in a box for dirty plate target practice. Brilliant! A bit wet admittedly, but ...

The second best product was the bike horn. Imagine a souped-up rucksack complete with sub-woofer, mid range, tweeter AND horn speakers set to max volume playing sound effects. Genius. It was wicked fun to cycle up behind someone and press the lion-roar button!
