Fact

The rainforests of Borneo are home to some of the deadliest snakes, including the king cobra, the largest venomous snake in the world. Russell's viper also lives here. Although this highly irritable snake is usually found in open country, it is responsible for more human fatalities than any other snake in Southeast Asia.
