On the third day, Bear has a real challenge. Sometimes desert springs bubble up under the sand. For anyone lost in a desert these muddy pools seem attractive, but they can be lethal. Bear shows us how to climb out of quicksand by slowly lifting his legs and hauling himself onto dry land.
