The first morning at base camp brings snow. This is not good flying weather but there is much work to do before Bear and Gilo can think about making an attempt anyway. The paramotors have to be assembled, along with all the kit that they need for the flight - oxygen masks, radios, cameras, not to mention the five layers of clothing and the fireproof suit. |
