In this new daytime series Amanda Lamb and a team of volunteers try to complete the secret makeover of the homes of community heroes - people who give up so much of their time for others, that they haven't any left to put into their own homes.
The series kicks off with time tight and emotions running high as Amanda and her team of volunteers try to complete the secret home makeover of Special Olympics gymnastics coach, Jane Whetnall, in record time.
Jane has been a volunteer for the last 20 years, spending over 80 hours per week training children with disabilities and offering support to their families.
Amanda whisks Jane away for a well-deserved surprise break and spa day, and while she's away, in just 36 hours, Amanda and some of the children and families whose lives Jane has transformed are going to say a massive 'thank you' by making-over her home in secret.
With an enormous redecorating job to complete in limited time, Amanda Lamb joins forces with a grateful team to makeover the home of speech trainer Anne Blight.
Anne set up on her own to help people with stammers after being inspired by a school friend with a speech impediment. For the last 12 years she has run the Starfish project, a non-profit making organisation that has helped nearly 2000 people.
Now, whilst Anne enjoys a spa break, some of the people whose lives Anne has touched are secretly about to makeover her home as a big thank you.
