Episode 1 - Crayfish
Simon Rimmer presides over the quiz and cooking show, as two teams try to obtain the best ingredients. Who will get the luxury crayfish, and who will get stuck with the processed fish sticks?
Episode 2 - Duck Breast
If the teams get the answers right in this episode they stand to win duck breast, butternut squash and rhubarb. Get it wrong and they'll be cooking with marmalade, crisps and pickled walnuts.
Episode 3 - Sea Bream
The teams compete for sublime sea bream and saffron, and try to tackle some tricky ingredients including condensed milk and anchovies
Episode 4 - Pork Tenderloin
The teams compete to win a pork tenderloin and sweet potatoes and try to avoid frankfurters and tinned prunes. Chef Aaron Craze tastes the dishes and helps Simon select the winner.
Episode 5 - Scallops vs Mackerel
It's succulent scallops versus tricky packet mackerel, with both teams under pressure having to work with difficult ingredients like plantain and tinned vegetables.
Episode 6 - Monkfish vs Turkey Mince
It's monkfish versus turkey mince. And one team struggles with incorporating kohlrabi and tinned creamed corn into a palatable plate of food. Chef Rachel Allen helps Simon decide on a winner.
Episode 7 - Pork Chop vs Duck
The teams pit succulent pork chop against leftovers from last night's takeaway duck. And how will they cope with a packet of marshmallows?
Episode 8 - Salmon Fillet
Up for grabs are salmon fillet, lemon curd and tequila. What will the teams make of them and how will deconstructed fish fingers go down with host Simon Rimmer and guest chef Thomasina Miers?
Episode 9 - Rabbit
Chef Theo Randall joins host Simon Rimmer to taste some ingenious recipes that incorporate rabbit, chicken-in-a-can and rice pudding - and decide on a winning team.
Episode 10 - Pork Scratchings and Tinned Potatoes
The teams have to make best use of pork scratchings, chicken livers and tricky tinned potatoes. Chef Matt Tebbutt is on hand to help Simon decide on the winners.
Episode 11 - Cod and Ice Cream Cones
Cod fillet, a tin of tuna or ice cream cones? Guest chef Aaron Craze is on hand to taste their offerings and help host Simon Rimmer decide on a winner.
Episode 12 - Okra and Doner Meat
On the menu today - okra, venison and an extremely difficult portion of doner kebab meat. Will the teams be able to make something to tempt Simon and guest chef Allegra McEvedy?
Episode 13 - Luncheon Meat and Tiger Prawns
One team end up with tricky luncheon meat as the 'star' ingredient in their dish while the others have the luxury of tiger prawns to cook with. Chef Paul Rankin helps Simon select the winner.
Episode 14 - Cheese Triangles and Turkey Rashers
What dish would you make with cheese triangles, turkey rashers and a tortilla wrap? The two teams answer questions to win ingredients, before trying to turn them into a nice dish.
Episode 15 - Duck Confit and Marzipan
What will the contestants make with duck confit, lamb livers, frozen sprouts and marzipan? Daring to tuck in and help Simon decide on a winner is guest chef Aaron Craze.
Episode 16 - Cornflakes and Haggis
Today a combo of cornflakes, haggis and mushy peas is a culinary challenge. Guest chef Richard Phillips is on hand to taste the dishes and help Simon decide on a winner.
Episode 17 - Pigeon and Pickled Eggs
