Andy Edge is a company director of Park Resorts, the second largest caravan holiday company in the UK.

But with the tourism industry reeling from the recession and competition for customers fiercer than ever, Andy has made an extraordinary decision: to go undercover in his own business to find out what's really going on.

Armed with a cover story and a false identity, he heads to the 'trenches' to get the inside track. He'll clean the caravans, fold the laundry, work in the kitchens, wait the tables and even perform as an entertainer while searching for answers about how best to run the business.

He'll come face to face with the consequences of his executive decisions and hear exactly what the workforce thinks of the management - with none of them knowing he's a head honcho from HQ.

After two weeks on the frontline, with a renewed understanding of the organisation and the people who work for him, he'll reveal his true identity to his staff - and introduce some major changes.
