Betty and Marc find themselves pitted against each other when they both apply for an internship at YETI - the Young Editors Training Initiative which offers only one place per magazine and has an illustrious alumni including Nick Pepper the former Mode assistant. But with only one of the bosses pulling out the stops to make sure their assitant gets the place, who will scoop the prize?

  3. i think that this episod of ugly betty is the best one of sesone 3 yet. but i cant wait till it comes out on dvd im gunna buy it straight away. so then i can watch it over and over agen.I am the biggest ugly betty fan me and my brother and his girl freind watch it togeth on the laptop on this websit. i cant wait for more ugly betty shows bye.
