Lucignano D'Asso is a jewel of a hamlet located in the southern hills of Tuscany. Owned by the Piccolomini's, the descendants of a famous 15th century Pope and one of Italy's richest and most aristocratic families, Lucignano D'Asso was, until five years ago, a ghost village.
