When 23-year-old Nick Willoughby found himself in a dead-end job, he decided to set up his own business. With so many students in town, he reckoned a creperie would go down a storm.
It did, but when the students left for the holidays his profits dried up, so he decided to start making tasty bite-sized crepe canapés for the events catering market.
He gets a massive break when he's asked to serve 4,000 of them at St Andrews' most glamorous night of the year. But can Nick pull it off?
