    Highlights of the tenth anniversary of F1 star Mark Webber's five-day multisport race.

    The competition draws the world's greatest adventure racing stars, as well as Olympic and World Champions from other sporting disciplines. Covering hundreds of miles on foot, bike and kayak, competitors come face-to-face with the stunning beauty and epic challenge of Tasmania, Australia's island state.

    This year, the course includes an ascent of the iconic Cradle Mountain and an encounter with Strachan, the unspoiled wilderness of the island's west coast. Patrick Winterton provides commentary.

    Power and technique face the ultimate test in this brand-new cycling concept. Riders compete in knockout pursuit races lasting less than a minute, all taking place on the world's only portable velodrome.

    With hundreds of amateur riders also getting the chance to challenge the pros, this round of the StreetVelodrome tour will be the spectacular centrepiece of the Manchester Bike and Tri Show.

    Episode 4

    Paula Radcliffe fires the starting gun of the fourth Brighton Marathon. With 10,000 competitors expected and streets lined with supporters, this unique marathon brings world-class competition and a party atmosphere to the vibrant seaside resort of Brighton.

    The IAAF-accredited course starts in Preston Park, taking in the famous Brighton Pavilion and the sea-front before the final aching mile along the promenade.

    In addition to the main race, the inaugural BM10k and the Mini Mile make this a weekend-long carnival of running.

    The island of La Palma is the setting for this tough and spectacular ultra-marathon, with thousands of runners taking on an 83 kilometre course that includes 4500 metres of ascent on volcanoes overlooking the most beautiful scenery in the Canary Islands.

    Part of the Skyrunner World Series, the event attracts the world's very best trail and ultra-distance athletes. Anna Frost and Killian Jornet are among the past champions aiming to regain their titles in 2014.

    The first major triathlon of the season takes place in Oxfordshire, with thousands of elites, enthusiasts and celebrities enjoying the scenic Blenheim Palace course.

    Set in the historic birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill, Britain's second biggest triathlon provides the opening round of the prestigious British Triathlon Super Series. Presented by Rob Walker and Charlie Webster with commentary from Patrick Winterton.

    Britain's oldest major triathlon takes place in the shadow of the world-famous landmarks of Windsor Castle and Eton College.

    Beginning with a swim in the Thames, before taking to the roads of Berkshire, thousands of amateur enthusiasts rub shoulders with elite athletes and celebrities on this historic course. Presented by Rob Walker and Annie Emmerson, with commentary from Patrick Winterton.

    North Wales is the venue for this demanding multi-terrain triathlon, the first of three events in the Always Aim Tri series.

    Over 1000 athletes face a course of gruelling climbs, high-speed descents and stunning mountain scenery as the route takes them to the slopes of Snowdon and the historic slate quarries of Llanberis. Patrick Winterton commentates.

    All the drama of the UK's toughest triathlon on one of the most challenging Ironman courses in the world and a UK qualifier for the World Championships in Kona, Hawaii. Patrick Winterton commentates while Annie Emmerson gets the interviews at Ironman UK Bolton.

    Jenni Falconer and Annie Emmerson present the world's largest triathlon in which 13,000 competitors, including celebrities from entertainment and sport, enjoy a weekend of competition.

    With the streets of London providing an iconic backdrop, the elite race is traditionally one of the most prestigious titles on the world triathlon calendar. Patrick Winterton commentates.

    The stunning Pembrokeshire coast is the setting for this triathlon which is made up of three events across three days: the Huub Wales Swim, the Tredz Wales Sportive and the Newton Wales Marathon.

    Each discipline takes place as a separate stage, with the competitors having completed an ultra-triathlon by the time they finish the marathon in the historic coastal town of Tenby. The crowd support is legendary, the competition strong, and there is a prize for being fastest across all three.

    Tri Liverpool hosts the British Triathlon Championships and finale of the British Triathlon Super Series as Great Britain's leading female triathletes take on world number one Gwen Jorgensen in a thrilling sprint distance race.

    Plus, many of Britain's para-triathletes take to the iconic course alongside over 1,000 enthusiasts, including first Big Brother winner Craig Phillips and a team of Merseyside MPs. Rob Walker and Annie Emmerson present and Patrick Winterton commentates.

    Nottingham hosts this popular long distance triathlon as over 1000 athletes attempt to finish the course within 17 hours and earn the title of 'Outlaw'. A 2.4 mile swim at the National Watersports Centre, a 112 mile bike in the Nottinghamshire countryside, topped off with a 26.2 mile run makes this one of the world's toughest one day endurance events. Kevin Harris and Charlie Webster present, Patrick Winterton commentates.
