Smart, methodical Dushane, (Ashley Walters) grew up on the Summerhouse estate and went to school with Sully. He feels that dealing drugs is his only option in life and longs to become 'Top Boy'.
Together with Sully, he runs the local gang and dreams of making enough money to allow him to get out of the game. Dushane lives with his devout mum, Pat.
