Ex-opera singer Jenny Hadfield and partner Richard Martin run Jeake's House in Rye in East Sussex. Jenny prides herself on the literary themed B&B, which means the explicit image in one of the bedroom is erotica, and most definitely not porn.

Last up are Sam and Jules in Scotland. But while Lunan Lodge may or may not be haunted, the B&B rivals are far more frightened of sharing the one and only guest bathroom.
