Series Summary
The second season begins where the first series left off, moments after the assassination attempt on President Josiah Bartlet. The revelation that the President has been suffering from multiple sclerosis hits the Oval Office, and tensions grow between Bartlet and the First Lady when she discovers he is planning to run for a second term.
