Ludo Lefebvre is one of the most influential chefs in Los Angeles dining. The French-born chef is credited with pioneering the LA pop up restaurant movement through the launch of LudoBites.
His first bricks and mortar modern fine dining restaurant, Trois Mec, received widespread critical acclaim and continues to win prestigious accolades.
He made a name for himself as the executive chef at L’Orangerie and Bastide, where he quickly established a reputation for his ability to combine Old World simplicity and New World imagination. Most recently, Ludo has opened LudoBird; a fried chicken food concept restaurant within the STAPLES Center.
He has published two cookery books: Crave, A Feast of the Five Senses and LudoBites, recipes and stories from the pop-ups of Ludo Lefebvre.
