Lisa enters an essay contest and wins a trip for the whole family to go to Washington, D.C.
While there, her faith in democracy is shattered when she witnesses a congressman accepting a bribe. In her desire to uphold this nation's ideals, Lisa decides to expose the corrupt official, and in doing so has him arrested in a sting operation.
