Akira

Saturday 14 February 2009

Akira leads a stressful life, dealing with the complaints of fussy customers and waiting for what feels like hours to him, for the customer decide what to order (only to find out that the customer is ordering the dish he wanted to go with in the first place).

Working at The Happy Sumo fish restaurant, Akira has developed an interesting laugh: 'Ah, hah hah, ah, ah,' which helps get him through his working day and has the added bonus of annoying everyone he meets.

However, the biggest danger for Akira's customers lies in the fact that not all of the fish served are fresh (coming mostly from the Kwik-E-Mart), which coupled with shoddy cooking techniques has left many a guest staring down the toilet bowl.

As one of those lucky visitors, Homer nearly died. Perhaps it had something to do with the fact that the chef was more interested in making out in his car - despite Akira's attempts at successful supervision.

But restaurant critics beware! Write a bad review and expect assassins at the door! But nowadays Akira controls his anger by teaching karate at the Springfield Martial Arts Academy. He also finds the time to make some extra dough working at Costington's.

And you would have thought he was busy enough just managing one state-of-the-art restaurant...
