Michael Fry has to consider blackmail and revenge to save his hometown in the concluding part of Paul Abbott's contemporary drama. He has to make a deal with the town's pimp, Herbie, in order to stop Wentworth-Davies tearing down his parents' house to make way for a new, unwanted beach.
His relationship with internet porn star Donna gets put to the test when Michael's wife arrives back on the scene. And when some old town plans turn up, Michael is in a fight to stop his whole world falling apart.
