  1. To Jill Cochrane, and everyone else who enquired about the Boom Box, The web page at http://www.easycopier.co.uk/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=49&Itemid=2 lists an individual Boom Box at ?22. I don't know whether they supply to individuals or only talking newspaper associations. The RNIB's talking book service now has a digital streaming option too with a computer-based player, but for people who find technology awkward, the boom box and similar devices is a great idea. despite claiming that they use specific audio formats, I see no technical reason why titles from the RNIB wouldn't work on such a player.

  2. I am really interested in the tennis for the visually impaired. I am a sighted coach and would love to offer something like this at my grass court tennis club in Windsor.

  5. I too would like to know where I can buy the 'Boom Box' shown in the programme. My mother is partially sighted and listens to audio books every day, with this product I could download talking books and she would have the book of her choice at her fingertips. But this product doesn't seem to be available to buy in the shops or even from the RNIB site. It looked so simple to use too and had just four red buttons to press and a slot to hold the memory stick. More information about it would be great. Thank you

  8. Brilliant programme, really informative especially has I have a daughter registered blind and thought some of the ideas were great. Especially the new 'boom box' that the talking paper brought at the end. That looked really good. Does anybody know what it's proper name is or where I could look at getting more information about it? Thanks.
