  1. This programme was amazing! I felt privileged to watch it. Gary generosity and kindness paid him back ten fold by the discovery of his nephew and niece. Just goes to show, contrary to belief, that there is a lot of good going on in this world and to have a part in it all we need to do is GIVE BACK to society in any way, shape or form.

  2. What a genuine guy. It was really clear that he gained so much from participating and its great to see he's continuing with assisting his chosen charities and more. He really desrved to find his niece and nephew and I wish them all the best. Top man.

  3. When this original episode first aired and i watched it, it touched me beyond belief! I would like to personnaly thank Gary for taking part in the programme, seeing the work that Donnas Dreamhouse did inspired me! I own a hotel in Torquay and thought to myself that i too could offer free holidays to families with terminally ill, seriously ill and recently lost children. i contacted the charity NACCPO to put forth my offer and they were delighted to help find families to stay at my hotel. Well the idea snowballed!! I got more hotels and accommodation providers involved, tourist attractions, theatres, beauty salons, driving instructor, tea rooms and restaurants involved to name but a few businesses. I started the Torbay Holiday Helpers Network (THHN), i now have nearly 60 businesses involved all offering free services to families who come on holidays. They have action packed breaks, giving them precious memories of quality family time together. The network is literally growing by the day, i have been amazed by peoples genorousity, kindness and willingness to help. You can view more about the very fast growing network at www.thhn.co.uk I would really like to thank channel 4, Gary and Donnas Dream House for collectively inspiring me to set up the network. As Gary mentioned i really never knew what my calling in life was until now, this is the most rewarding thing i ever will and have done! Thank you!
