He conducts a very practical set of interviews in his Newcastle office. Can you scare people with your face? Could you tolerate constant verbal abuse from the public? Richard tries it on, and in some cases, finds their elastic limit.
The interviews reach a crescendo as Richard and candidates take to the streets and try out some close protection skills on an unsuspecting Newcastle public.
