Series 2 Summary

Second series of the property show in which builders have to add value to a property or forfeit their fee.

  • Episode 1

    A team of builders and a designer attempt to increase the value of a property by £15,000 with only three days to do it in and a budget of £3000. But there's a catch, and a pretty big one - if they fail to add to the value they don't get paid for the work they have done, so they'll go home with nothing except their tool boxes.

    Simon O'Brien and the team are in the Midlands today at the home of a young married couple struggling to sort their house out before their expected new arrival.

  • Episode 3

    The Renovation Game team are in south-east London with Jonnie Irwin at the helm to work on a family home in need of some help. The team take on a massive project with just three days to knock through the kitchen to make a new kitchen/diner.

    Will they be able to add the necessary £15,000 to the value of the house on a budget of £3000? The pressure is really on - their getting paid all depends on the estate agents' final valuations...
