Second series of the property show in which builders have to add value to a property or forfeit their fee.
A team of builders and a designer attempt to increase the value of a property by £15,000 with only three days to do it in and a budget of £3000. But there's a catch, and a pretty big one - if they fail to add to the value they don't get paid for the work they have done, so they'll go home with nothing except their tool boxes.
