Episode 1 - Everything Is Ending
Alicia must focus on Lockhart & Gardner's race against the clock to prevent the execution of a convicted murderer.
While helping Will and Diane with the case, she is secretly planning her exit from the firm with Cary to set up a rival company.
Her husband, Peter, with whom she has agreed to renew her wedding vows, has won the gubernatorial election and is assembling his staff with help from campaign manager Eli.
Episode 2 - The Bit Bucket
Alicia and Cary represent search engine Chumhum against the NSA, but they are completely unaware that the intelligence agency is already monitoring Lockhart & Gardner's communications due to the firm's connection with a former client.
Veronica gives Alicia financial help to secure her new office space, while Eli and Peter work to promote Diane's nomination to the Supreme Court.
Episode 3 - A Precious Commodity
Alicia represents a surrogate mother against the biological parents of the unborn child she's carrying when the baby's health is called into question.
When Diane's Supreme Court candidacy sets her against the firm, the partners at Lockhart & Gardner take decisive action.
Meanwhile, Alicia gets an amazing offer from Will that makes her reconsider her plans to leave the company.

Episode 6 - The Next Day
Alicia and Cary take on a tough case when they represent a young woman in a product liability suit against a gun manufacturer.

Episode 9 - Whack-a-Mole

In an attempt to avoid a potential scandal, Eli hires Kalinda to find out who the father of Marilyn's baby is.
Episode 12 - We, the Juries
Alicia and Will must decide whether to cooperate with each other when they each represent one half of a couple accused of smuggling drugs.
The courtroom is mired in confusion and legal technicalities when two juries are appointed to hear the evidence simultaneously.
Cary tries to poach one of Lockhart & Gardner's clients, Kalinda strives to repair a damaged relationship, and Marilyn begins her investigation into possible voter fraud.
Episode 13 - Parallel Construction, Bitches
When Lemond Bishop is arrested on a drug-related charge that possibly resulted from a leak inside Alicia's firm, he calls in Charles Lester to find out what happened.
The voter fraud investigation continues to move forward as Marilyn is put under pressure by an agent in the Office of Public Integrity and hands over the video footage.
Episode 14 - A Few Words
Alicia is asked to be keynote speaker at the American Bar Association conference in New York City, so she looks to her past for inspiration.
Alicia and Cary find themselves competing with Will and Diane to align with a powerful New York lawyer.
Will turns to his old ally Elsbeth Tascioni when it becomes clear that Nelson Dubeck's investigation into possible voter fraud won't be stopped.
