Victim Supportline
Help and information for anyone who has been affected by a crime, including a violent or sexual assault. You might not want to involve the police but if you do, they can help you deal with this and can accompany you at court.

Support After Murder and Manslaughter
SAMM is a self help group that offers understanding and support to families and friends who have been bereaved as a result of murder or manslaughter. Visit the website or call their helpline, where your call will be answered by someone who has suffered a similar tragedy.

Cruse Bereavement Care
Cruse support all bereaved people. They offer advice, support, help and information, no matter how recently or long ago your loved one died.

Missing People
Advice for missing people, their families and those who care for them. The organisation can help in the search for missing people - if you think you have seen a missing person, please get in touch.

The Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre
Support and information for females and males who have been raped or sexually abused, however long ago, as well as their partners, friends or family.

Rape Crisis
Find details on regional support for men or women via the Rape Crisis site, which also contains information on what to expect when you go to the police or about court procedures.

Survivors UK
Support for men who have been raped or sexually abused, and men trying to cope with the abuse of someone close to them.

Crimestoppers
If you want to report a crime, but are uncomfortable going directly to the police. Crimes can be reported in confidence, anonymously if you prefer, and calls are not traced.
