Series Summary

Hayley Taylor takes on the challenge of sorting out some of Britain's unemployed. Hayley goes into the homes of people who - sometimes as a result of the economic climate - are out of work, aimless or have little or no desire to get a job.

She believes that in order to get people to change you need to tackle every aspect of their life, and she makes them face up to realities of why they're in the situation they are, and forces them to listen to home truths from their loved ones. Hayley believes that once she's broken them down, she can then start to build them up again, and transform their life and attitude to work.

She helps line up job interviews for them, coaches them on how to impress the interviewers and then nervously waits with them at the end of each episode as they discover whether they've succeeded in getting a job. The news when it comes is often very emotional.
