We caught up with Stuart from Series 2, Episode 2 to see how life has changed since Hayley's visit.
How are you getting on in your job?
Great! I think I'm doing all right at this job.
What would you be doing now if you hadn't met Hayley?
I'd probably be in bed! To be fair, I was looking for a job so I could well have found a job by now but Hayley did teach me how to get a job. I've got a job I enjoy more than anything out of the show.
What do you think the future holds for you now? Any new ambitions?
I want to save up money for my future. I want to accomplish lots of things in my life like buy a house. I really plan to work hard and progress in my job.
What advice would you give to someone in your position before the show?
Get off your arse! There are jobs out there! We were shown the right way to get a job by Hayley but we worked hard, it wasn't that we got the jobs because we were on Channel 4. My advice would be to spend as much time as you do whining on searching for a job!
How has your life changed since filming The Fairy Job mother?
I save more money than I did and I think much more about the future. My ambitions changed since the show and my whole life has totally changed. I want more from life than I did before. My financial situation is similar but I'm happy to live a simple life. I'm much more motivated in everything I do, which is really important. When I think of something now I get on and do it. Instead of thinking 'Oh I'll do that tomorrow.'
