Tom Herbert
Fresh out of baking college, Tom won Young Baker of the Year with an ambition to 'do for bread what Rick Stein has done for fish'. Tom has gone on to collect numerous other awards.
As a baker Tom is passionate about eating, sharing and making bread, and regularly gives talks and demonstrations at the Nailsworth branch of his family business - Hobbs House Bakery.
Tom has appeared on TV programmes including Turn Back Time (BBC 1), Market Kitchen (Good Food Channel) and In Search of the Perfect Loaf (BBC 4).
Henry Herbert
After finishing his training at Westminster Catering College, Henry progressed very quickly to being head chef of the award winning gastro pub, the Coach and Horses in Clerkenwell where he showcased carefully sourced, good quality seasonal ingredients.
In 2010 Henry decided it was time for a new challenge and took on a butchers shop back home in the Cotswolds. With all his cheffing skills he feels he can offer something more than the average butcher.
Henry has also appeared on cookery programmes including The Great British Menu (BBC 2) and the Market Kitchen (Good Food Channel).
