In the first in a new series Tom and Henry head for Blackpool, where for the last 16 years, Len and Babs Curtis have been running the Mermaid Café, a greasy spoon just off the prom.
Knowing that Babs is not keen on change, Tom and Henry have their work cut out to bring the Mermaid into the 21st century.
Once they have experienced all Blackpool has to offer, the boys come up with three iconic dishes. But only one can win the public taste test and make it onto the menu.
