Lorraine Landry has been prescribed a new antidepressant drug, Distral, but when she stops taking it, she suffers severe withdrawal symptoms leading to an attempted suicide. She begins to question whether the drug, not her depression, caused this extreme reaction. Stuart Collins, the PR charged with demolishing Lorraine¿s claims, soon finds himself increasingly drawn to the case, in ways that he could not have foreseen.
