  1. I am overweight and need to lose 5 stone. I have lost 2st. I wath the programme and wonder where I go wrong. I eat healthy and do exercise, but that little bit of bread or carbs just keep the lbs on. I watched an episode with a woman who is 1st8lb heavier than me, and the amount she ate was astronomical. Its not fair.

  2. This guy is fit!! I love fat people!! All their roles and soft soft fat! Imteying to gain weight!! Who cares if people are fat!? They can do what they want! It's all this pressure to be healthly, fit and skinny that's making kids anorexic or worried about being fat!
