How Tos

Crumply or chewy, chocolate or raisin, for every cookie consumed you're asking for a little more flab, unless you burn a bit extra that is. Anna's flab fighters ate their cookies but to stop the impact being felt on their thighs they tried… dog walking.

For those whose eyes were locked on the loveable flab fighting friends (ah, such lovely leads!) but fear commitment, there are many pet sitting companies such as Platinum Petcare  that can make holidays and breaks possible.

At the end of the exercise the ladies said not to a treat but the dogs didn't hold back, they were rewarded with cookies that looked especially tempting in their pretty dog bowls.

But if you want to be fit for the beach and for your pup to leave your floor clean, you can't afford to fear bad weather so instead, buy wellies!

Walking a dog for at an average pace can burn up to 235 calories per hour while a strenuous hike with your pooch could burn 345 calories.

Rich Tea Biscuit @ 36cals = 6mins walking

Custard Cream @ 57cals = 9.5mins

Choc Digestive @ 8cals = 13mins
