Crumply or chewy, chocolate or raisin, for every cookie consumed you're asking for a little more flab, unless you burn a bit extra that is. Anna's flab fighters ate their cookies but to stop the impact being felt on their thighs they tried… dog walking.

For Anna Richardson’s Flab Fighters the top reason for falling off the diet wagon was chocolate. For some it was a replacement for sex while users used it as a tiredness boost. Whatever your reason, the result is the same, each 100g chocolate boost equals 500 calories.
