Ask Supernanny - Eating cooked vegetables

We have a daughter of six and a son of four. My daughter got quite skinny over the summer hols as we went abroad and there was not the stuff she is used to. She and her brother do not like any cooked vegetables - I would like to encourage them, but how?

My son, who is almost three, has been potty trained for a couple of months. He took to it really quickly and we hardly have any accidents except for when he does a poo.

We are trying to move our two-and-a-half-year-old son into a proper bed. In his cot, he has no problem going to sleep. We have some stories and he just lies there until he goes to sleep.

I am having constant bedtime battles with my nine-year-old and six-year-old. This has not always been a problem, but over the last couple of years it has got progressively worse and I am now at the end of my tether.
