Shipwrecked

It's week 8 in Shipwrecked and everyone's getting a bit upset...

Let's dive straight in to those new arrivals... Actual African princess Bene and fun-loving country boy Kevin. Bene was not impressed with Shark camp so got cracking the whip and made the Sharkies get building. The laid-back islanders didn't really like her style and they soon wanted to see the back of her... charming!

As a reward for all the building work, the new arrivals threw a children's party. Fun, right? Wrong. Bene's strict rules soon took the fun away from it all... In fact, Dan hit the nail on the head when he described her as a 'fun sucker-upper', which is an awesome description...

Bene's bossiness was soon overshadowed by a huge revelation... Kevin was NOT GOING TO TIGERS. I know, crazy, right? But young Kevin decided he was a Shark through and through and didn't need the Tiger experience. Check out Kevin's Hutcam Diary  for more on his feelings on the subject.

When a solo Bene broke the news on Tigers it did not go down well, and they were soon jumping back on the boat to raid Shark island and bring Kevin back. Like a military operation, they got their man, and he was soon on Tiger sand. But it was too little, too late, and some of the islanders were furious.

Liam was adamant... "He's done nothing to deserve me talking to him" Oh dear. Don't go upsetting the big man, or he might just Hulk Out...

With all the focus on Kevin, Bene was feeling just as left out as when she was over on the Sharks, and wanted to know why Liam was doing his best to shun both of them when it was only Kevin who had wronged him.

Then it all came out... Liam burst into TEARS! *shock* He admitted he'd not been enjoying the experience and had seriously considered LEAVING, and that this was the reason for his narky mood. The revelations rocked the Tigers and capped off the most intense week yet.

Soon it was beach party time, and by now it was so emotional and confusing that no-one knew where the new arrivals would go... in the end it was SHARKS. Sonny and Markus were so pleased to see the back of them that they cheered... Something fellow Tiger Jack was disappointed to see, and might cause friction next week...

Jeez, I didn’t even get chance to tell you about the Sharks getting really annoyed at Xanthi and MacKenzie for ignoring the new arrivals!
