It's week 13 on Shipwrecked and everyone's getting a little bit culinary...
Ok, so everyone getting a bit culinary might sound weird, but that's what happens when your new arrival is 23-year-old CHEF Matt Agass. The Sharks were falling over themselves trying to cook him a good meal. His first evening was a belter, and he even spent the night cuddling up to Rosie. Was love in the air? It was looking that way. On his second night a competitive cook-off got the Sharks bonding more than ever, and Matt was even describing the gang as 'like a family'.
It surely couldn't go wrong for the Sharks... could it?
Read Maz's thoughts on new arrival Matt and last week's 'spoilt little princess' Stacey (her words not mine) in her blog.
Over on Tigers, Hollie had returned from last week's 'holiday' and had some explaining to do... mainly involving why she said she was going to stay on Sharks, and then surprised everyone by coming back to Tigers. Honestly, that woman has done more island hopping than a... erm... well, a thing that hops islands a lot.
The point is, Hollie wasn't too popular this week. Danny wanted her off the island and Hermione said she couldn't trust her, but overall it was Hollie's general negative attitude that was getting the tribe down... and her being away for a week made them realise how happy people were when she wasn't around.
Several awkward conversations and a lot of tears later and everyone knew exactly how they stood - watch the clip for the glory details.
Oooh, did you hear about Rosie and Sonny SNOGGING at last week's beach party...? Me neither! Check out her confession in her hutcam diary.
Soon Matt was over on Tigers and the girls were maxing out the flirting in order to get his attention. The boys got stuck in too, with Sonny and Tom building a football pitch, which went down very well, especially when it turned out Matt was the best player. 1-0 to Matt's ego!
To hear Tom's thoughts on island life, check out his blog. He thinks Stacey should 'shut her trap' more (cheeky!) but she thinks she's doing really well at adapting. Check it out in her hutcam diary.
Oh, and don't miss the fab new gallery full of Shipwrecked hotties.
Back on Tiger Island, Matt's island law was to make the Tiger boys kings and the Tiger girls their serving wenches... and as you'd expect, only half the island thought it was a great idea!
But soon it was time for the beach party. In order to win Matt over, the Sharks built him his very own restaurant, Matt's Bistro, which got him choked up at such a touching gesture. But it all meant nothing when he eventually chose *shock* the TIGERS!
Then it was time for the twists...
In a devastating announcement, it was decreed that all swaps would now become PERMANENT. This meant last week's stolen Shark Adam was stranded out on Tigers forever. With the stakes higher than ever, Matt had to steal a Shark. He chose Dan, prompting instant tears from the rest of the tribe. Dan's a big character and is sure to be missed.
However, To make room for Dan, the Tigers had to sacrifice a tribe member. With all swaps permanent, it was a brave islander who put themselves forward. In this case it was Silkie and Liam, and a tense vote decided Liam was the man to be sacrificed.
With tears in his eyes he swapped necklaces. 'Tiger Island is where I live,' he said. 'This is just where I'm staying.'
Sorry Liam, but you're staying there until the end...
