Dominique - Week Two
Tristans week of power has been much appreciated by me he basically single handely blue printed and built the structure of our TeePee with minor help from the lads just days after he went to work on the long drop. Whilst I was building away myself, Anna and Dani found 1 nice private beach where we got to work weaving leaves for the cover of our teepee. It felt like we had literally done a 9-5 shift at the factory when we got back and then... had to make dinner. The amount of bird poo spider covered leaves I weaved would usually make me sick back home but the thought spending another wet night outside did not appeal to me at all. Tristan was kind enough to reward my hard work weaving the cover by giving me a nice warm evening in the leaders hut. Which I can only describe as a 5 star hotel compared to the half built teepee.
Still sleeping next to B every night its such a comforting feeling having someone near you when your sleeping I have the best nights sleep when hes right there and his hugs remind me of home.
Im really happy with the progress being made within the group and the structure of our camp has improved loads, we have a place to sleep, table to eat at and a toliet to do you know what!! oxox
