Fit and well-built, Joe was a friend of Jamie Maguire's when they played for The Jockey's football team in Series 6.
He caught the attention of every female when he walked into a room, including Jamie's sister Mandy.
They got together but it wasn't long before Joe's roving eye settled on Jamie's wife, Karen, who he had a brief fling with, as well as finding time to beat up Mandy.
