Dick Strawbridge and his Diamonds return to Scotland for some Highland games, Scrapheap-style. Three teams must build machines capable of tossing a 70kg, 18-foot caber through 270 degrees and landing it straight as well as hurling a 25kg boulder as far as they can.

  1. Word is that the second half of the program will be shown next year. There are quite a few more episodes to come including a semi final and a final for the teams that beat Dick's Diamonds. There was a clip from the final at the start of the very first episode of the series and, as concerned! says, a clip of the next episode at the end of the tossing the caber episode we watched last week. So something to look forward to in the new year.

  2. Was last week the last in the series as i am sure that we saw a clip of the next epsiode at the end! or have they scraped "Scrappy"
