Tobin Bell returns as the terminally ill killer Jigsaw, whose assistant Amanda (Shawnee Smith) kidnaps ER surgeon Lynn (Bahar Soomekh).
Lynn awakes to find a deadly explosive collar around her neck - if Jigsaw's heart rate flatlines, the device will explode so it is in her interest to keep him alive.
Jigsaw has a new game for Jeff (Angus MacFadyen) to play, in a warehouse where every door conceals another torturous game.
