Childhood sweethearts James and Kate Cotty were married after a decade together. The couple plan to make their fortune by opening a shop in Lyndhurst, Hampshire, selling design-led gift items: everything from furniture to artwork to jewellery. But that means risking everything they own and, what's more, selling up and moving home to live with Kate's mum to finance the project.
Worryingly, James and Kate have never worked together, and have no retail experience. Their entire savings are at risk in this project, as is their dream of creating a stable and secure environment in which to start a family. As ever, presenter and business guru Martin Webb is on hand to advise if, or more likely when, the project hits the buffers.
