Violaine Roberts is a housewife with four lively kids. Her eureka moment came when the family moved to rural West Sussex five years ago: she discovered there was nothing for kids to do; the nearest entertainment was in Chichester, 40 minutes away. She decided to seize the opportunity and follow a burning ambition to run her own business: a children's play centre with a restaurant for 250 kids and a youth club for teenagers.
Situated on an old airfield in Ford, the play centre has a huge four-tier play frame in the shape of an aeroplane, which has been shipped over from Canada. But running a new business and juggling a young family is never easy. As ever, presenter and business guru Martin Webb is on hand to advise as the project hits the buffers.
