Millionaire Martin Webb battles to pass on his entrepreneurial know-how to a pair of novices who gamble everything they own on opening their own upmarket restaurant in Kent. But with absolutely no catering experience and facing stiff competition, can Steve Butcher and Lindsay McNally live the dream? Steve's passion for the project is infectious.
The restaurant has been his dream for the last 10 years, and he's dying to give up his nine-to-five job... along with his £50k salary and company car. Lindsay describes herself as "power hungry" and, as a keen cook, the restaurant is her dream too. But she admits that she panics about how much debt they are in. And she plans to work during the day as well as waitressing and running the business in the evening. Can Steve and Lindsay's relationship survive the strain?
