The restaurant has been his dream for the last 10 years, and he's dying to give up his nine-to-five job... along with his £50k salary and company car. Lindsay describes herself as "power hungry" and, as a keen cook, the restaurant is her dream too. But she admits that she panics about how much debt they are in.
