  1. What the heck happened to the old website? Trying to navigate round this one is like doing an assault course! Instead of misleading us into reading a synopsis at every turn, why not actually show us what we want? It doesn't take a genius to figure out what THAT is..

  5. Why did you ever get rid of the offline player, the menus were much easier to use and it seemed to have more on in general. Why put a link to Ricky Gervais if you aren't going to show it. Even the BBC I player is better than this rubbish, sack the web designer and lets get back to the good old days!

  7. I regrularly catch up with prgrammes on BBC I Player and on ITV and was surprised that I didn't seem to be able to watch the Ricky Gervais programe which had been broadcast on Sunday night. Can you please explain why?
