Gordon Ramsay heads back to the United States for a seventh series in which he offers frank advice to the owners of failing restaurants that are heading for disaster.
Episode 1 - Pantaleone's
Gordon heads to Pantaleone's in Denver, Colorado, where he meets the Italian restaurant's owner Pete, who is truly stuck in the past.
Pete stubbornly maintains he makes the 'Best Pizza in Denver', based on a review from the 1980s. Sadly, Gordon's taste test proves the opposite.
Pete's wife Paulette and son Josh are threatening to leave him, but he still refuses to listen to anyone. Can Gordon force Pete to change in order to save his restaurant?
Episode 2 - Old Neighborhood
Arvada, Colorado, is Gordon's next destination, where husband-and-wife owners Randy and Alexa have allowed their Old Neighborhood restaurant to fall into utter disrepair.
Randy is an out-of-control hoarder and Alexa, who runs the kitchen, is completely clueless. It's one of the filthiest restaurants Gordon has seen.
Can he mount one of the biggest transformations in the history of the series and save the Old Neighborhood?
Episode 3 - Mangia Mangia Part 1
Gordon heads to Woodland Park, Colorado, for the first of a two-part visit to Mangia Mangia, an Italian restaurant with an identity crisis.
Here guests have to choose between casual fine dining service or a pick-up from the drive-through takeaway window.
Headstrong owner Julie and her defiant head chef are completely at odds, and Julie is at breaking point.
Episode 4 - Mangia Mangia Part 2
Gordon is back in Woodland Park, Colorado, for the conclusion of his attempt to help struggling Italian restaurant Mangia Mangia avoid ruin.
Will harassed owner Julie ever be reconciled with her out-of-control head chef? Can Gordon work his magic on a menu that relies on a microwave, or is this deteriorating eatery a challenge too far?
Episode 5 - Kati Allo
Gordon heads to Queens, New York, where he finds a family torn apart by the stress of running failing Greek restaurant Kati Allo.
Husband-and-wife owners Manny and Christine are on the brink of divorce, and daughter Evelyn is caught in the middle and completely at her wits' end.
Episode 6 - Zayna Flaming Grill Part 1
In the first of a two-part intervention, Gordon's in Redondo Beach, California, to visit Zayna Flaming Grill, a Mediterranean restaurant owned and run by aunt and niece duo Faye and Brenda.
Faye believes she has the weight of the restaurant on her shoulders, while Brenda feels she isn't treated as an equal in the business.
With tensions rising, the food not up to scratch and everyone playing the blame game, Gordon is soon faced with one of the trickiest situations he's ever encountered.
Episode 7 - Zayna Flaming Grill Part 2
Gordon is back in Redondo Beach, California, for the conclusion of his challenge to save Zayna Flaming Grill from imploding, and he still faces more questions than answers.
Is there any hope for aunt and niece duo Faye and Brenda's business partnership? Can Gordon manage to inject some much-needed flavour into the tired Mediterranean menu? Or is this crisis-ridden restaurant's flame about to go out?
Episode 8 - Bella Luna
Gordon Ramsay heads to Easton, Pennsylvania, to visit struggling Italian restaurant Bella Luna.
Rosaria bought the establishment to realise her son Gianfranco's ambition to become a chef, but Bella Luna's future looks bleak due to Gianfranco's lack of experience in the kitchen, combined with his mother's refusal to acknowledge the eatery's many flaws.
Can Gordon help this troubled family, or will their inexperience put paid to their dreams of running their own restaurant?
Episode 9 - Revisit
Gordon returns to visit three of the most challenging US restaurants he has ever tried to help, to find out whether they have stayed on the road to recovery or turned back into kitchen nightmares.
First he catches up with sisters Rita and Lisa to see if they have continued serving fresh cuisine instead of frozen food at their Italian eatery, La Galleria 33 in Boston.
Then he's in Hanson, Massachusetts, to discover whether controlling owner Tom has kept his promise and handed over the reins of the Olde Hitching Post restaurant to his daughter Andrea.
And finally, Gordon goes back to Everett, Washington, to catch up with owner Rishi to find out if she has ditched belly dancing in favour of running her business, the Prohibition gastro pub.
